5-Day Saddle Trial Terms-

The Saddle Barn offers 5-day trials on all saddles for UK Mainland customers.

 

Trial Period-

Your 5-day trial begins on the day you receive your saddle and includes weekends and public holidays.

 

Saddle Fitting-

We strongly recommend arranging a fitting with a qualified saddle fitter during your trial to ensure the saddle is suitable and fit for purpose.
It is your responsibility to schedule this fitting within the 5-day trial period.
Please note: The Saddle Barn is not liable for any fitting-related costs.

If the Saddle Isn’t Suitable-

If you decide the saddle is not right for you, you must notify The Saddle Barn by the 5th day of your trial.

The saddle must be returned by day 6. A late fee of £3 per day will apply from day 7, up to a maximum of 14 days from the delivery date.
Saddles cannot be returned after 14 days.

Refunds-

Once your saddle is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3 working days. Please allow an additional 3–5 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

 

Postage-

A postage fee is charged to deliver the saddle(s) to you.
This delivery charge is non-refundable, including any optional upgrades such as Saturday delivery.

When returning your saddle, please remove the old address label before the courier collects the parcel.

 

Liability & Care-

You are responsible for the saddle while it is in your possession. Please handle it with care.
Any damage may result in a deduction from your refund.

If we do not hear from you by day 6 after delivery, we will assume you are happy with your purchase and the sale will be considered final.

Trialing a Used Saddle-

Used saddles may be tried on, but use should be limited to keep them in good condition.
• Attach stirrup leathers underneath the flap to avoid marking.
• Saddles can be kept for up to 5 days, but we ask that you limit use to short trials to prevent wear or deterioration.
